Painting, prayers, and noshing: JCC Seniors’ New Year celebration

Seniors at the Simon Family JCC will celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, with a Rosh Hashanah Paint Social featuring artist and art teacher Michele Barnes. The New Year ceremony will be facilitated by a local rabbi, and the participants will enjoy a traditional Rosh Hashanah nosh.

Open to the community, this free program, especially for seniors, is made possible by the Joseph Flesichmann Memorial Fund and the Tidewater Jewish Foundation. Reserve a space by stopping by the JCC front desk or calling 757-321-2338.
