Survived by his wife, Shirley Confino-Rehder, children Chris, Erin, Steve, Lisa; grandkids, Tori, Nick, Andrew (Morgan), Devon, Erika, Jason, Brandon, Maia; and brothers Paul/Barbara and Bo/Margaret Rehder.
Joe loved to travel, reading, music, having fun.
